Allowing
you to configure settings in Windows that are not easy to find, this program
allows you to change many of the settings that are hidden in the registry
and other configuration files that would otherwise be off limits to most
users. Some examples are: removing the tilde symbol from short file names,
showing bitmaps as icons in Windows Explorer and increasing or decreasing
the task manager's wait to kill value.
